Cuvion ERP is a front-office/back-office business software providing internal invoices, orders, inventory, and reporting. Country-mandated LEGAL FISCAL RECEIPTS/INVOICES (Turkey YN ÖKC tickets, Venezuela SENIAT fiscal printer documents, Spain VeriFactu/TicketBAI invoices, Germany TSE receipts, etc.) are NOT generated or validated by Cuvion ERP. Issuance, transmission to the tax authority, retention, and audit of such legal documents is solely the Customer's responsibility, and the Customer is obligated to use their own local approved fiscal device/software/service provider. Cuvion may offer country-specific adapters to streamline these flows (see /admin/fiscal-submissions); however, compliance with each country's regulations remains the Customer's obligation. The Customer acknowledges that Cuvion ERP holds no legal fiscal certification and that this service agreement does not constitute any such warranty.
